Save Maer Hills Action Group - events Public Meeting - A repeat of the public meeting organised by the Maer Hills Protection Group will be held on Thursday 12th October in Whitmore Village Hall at 8pm Public meeting - Whitmore Village Hall on 5 October 2006 at 8pm. The meeting was well attended - so much so that loads of people couldn't even get into the hall. If that's a measure of the desire to save Maer Hills then that's fantastic. But it doesn't stop there:-
